It is accessed through the second bedroom and via a steep, winding staircase, making the layout particularly well suited to families with an older child or teenager who would enjoy their own hideaway at the top of the house. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Bathroom The property’s main bathroom is located on the ground floor and includes a bath with shower over, toilet and wash facilities.

The house is conveniently positioned for enjoying Lowestoft and the beautiful Suffolk coast. The coast and seafront are around a 10–15 minute walk away, while Lowestoft town centre and railway station are also within easy reach. Lowestoft Station is approximately 1 km from the property, with direct rail connections to Norwich and Ipswich. The seafront offers sandy beaches, a promenade, cafés, restaurants and traditional seaside attractions, making this a great base for family breaks and days beside the sea. The property is also well positioned for exploring the surrounding Suffolk coast, Oulton Broad and the wider Lowestoft area, while local shops and everyday amenities are conveniently close by.
